Banana Split
Enjoy this healthier version of a classic that is sure to cool you off on a hot day!
BANANA SPLIT
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 2 Scoops ice cream
- Fruit salad
- Coconut Whipped Cream
- Chopped nuts
- Melted carob or chocolate
Method:
Place split banana at the bottom of a bowl. Scoop ice cream on top of the banana. Spoon some fruit salad on top. Swirl some whipped cream on. Sprinkle chopped nuts over everything. End of with a good drizzle of melted carob or chocolate.
