Chai Tea
A delicious healthier version of this classic warm drink.
CHAI TEA
- 1 ½ tsp Fennel Seeds
- 9 Whole Star Aniseed
- 30 Cardamon Pods
- 2 Whole Cloves
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Powder
- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder
Grind all together into a powder.
Use 1 tsp of powder with 3 cups of water, boil it on medium heat for 5 minutes and allow to steep for 15 minutes. Strain.
Serve each cup of chai tea with Silk Ultra soy milk (20g protein if possible) and 1 teaspoon of honey. Or if you like it sweet, add your favorite creamer.
